PAUL CULLEN

Paul Cullen is an accomplished communications professional with over 20 years' experience working with high-profile talent within the broadcast, entertainment and charity sectors.

Beginning his career with the BBC Television Drama Casting and Artists Rights team, Paul then moved into talent management representing actors across television, radio, film and theatre.

Paul joined the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) in 2007, sparking his career partnering fabulous famous faces with fantastic charity campaigns.

After 6+ years at the RNLI, Paul joined Macmillan Cancer Support to manage their celebrity talent team for 6 years prior to setting up his in own consultancy.

Paul Cullen Partnerships was established in 2019 providing expert advice to charities of all sizes from local to international, and has broadened out into commercial talent partnerships for brands such as notonthehighstreet.com and Balsam Hill. Paul has also put his CIPR Diploma qualification to good use by securing broadcast, print, and online interviews for personalities and campaigns, including ITV This Morning and BBC News.

Paul has also appeared on BBC Radio 4’s Moral Maze, Sky News, TRT World Roundtable, and the Third Sector Podcast as a thought-leader on celebrity and charity relationships.

A former Chair of the CIPR Greater London Group and CIPR Council Member, Paul also has experience as a charity trustee, is a returning judge on the annual Third Sector Awards, and is a former Chair of the Celebrity & Influencer Managers' Forum.
