ANAS KASAK

For Anas Kasak, sport has never just been about competition - it’s about connection, culture, and community. It’s one of the few spaces that transcends boundaries of colour, religion, and background, and that belief continues to inspire his work today.

Anas began his career in journalism, working across news, features, and business desks as well as covering sport, including football and boxing for national and regional titles such as BBC Sport, Manchester Evening News and Liverpool Echo. His passion for storytelling and culture later took him into agency life, helping brands craft how they communicate and connect.

He’s worked on campaigns for Siemens and npower, and went on to create McCann Reach - McCann’s multicultural marketing division - helping global brands build genuine connections with diverse audiences.

Today, Anas leads Seventy Nine, the full-service agency he founded, working with clients around the world to build meaningful brands and purposeful communications. He also mentors young sports stars on personal branding and media confidence, coaches junior football, and volunteers with local charities supporting youth and women’s services.

A member of the CIPR, Anas is also a trustee of MyMalawi, a charity empowering communities through education and enterprise.
